Another Salvation Army Bucket Stolen

On Friday Officers with the WSPD responded to a reported larceny at the Wal-Mart located at 3475 Parkway Village Circle. The Salvation Army bell ringer at this location was walking back to his post while carrying the red kettle containing donations collected throughout the day. The suspect ran up behind the bell ringer and ripped the kettle from his hands the as he was preparing to put the kettle on its stand.

The suspect is described as a black male approximately six feet tall, 130 to 260 pounds with a shaved head and a goatee. He was wearing a black leather jacket, brown button up shirt, blue jeans, and tan boots.

The suspect ran away on foot and entered the passenger side of a Silver or pewter colored full sized pickup truck; possibly a late 90s model Chevrolet with no tailgate, driver side rear window was covered in plastic and duct tape. The vehicle was last seen traveling south on Peters Creek Parkway.
