However, there is not enough agreed common term to describe the appropriate dose that could be administered to treat stress-related neuropsychiatric disorders such as anxiety.

The above evidence has revealed enough pharmacological potential effects of Ashwagandha as the best herbal medicine method that can be adopted in stress reduction treatment or in the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders like anxiety.

This herb may help control stress mediators such as shock protein (Hsp70), cortisol, and stress-activated c-jun N- terminal protein kinase (JNK-1)

Though with limited Studies, the extract has been shown to have some positive impact on people with diabetes or high blood sugar levels.

Taking Ashwagandha may benefit cognitive function. A clinical review of five studies found evidence that Ashwangadha could improve cognitive functioning in some races. 

This suggests that Ashwagandha is such an important herbal medicine that needs more conventional clinical trials In order to tap into its Pharmaceutical proficiency for proper dosage prescription in the treatment of various diseases, most especially as the best supplement in the management of stress and mental health disorders.
