The Medical Examiner’s Office at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center has completed their preliminary post-mortem examination of both Joshua Fredrick Wetzler and Tommy Dean Welch. It has been determined that both men were killed as the result of gun shots. John “Pazuzu” Lawson, Amber Burch, and Krystal Matlock have been charged in connection with these murders. The manner of death has officially been ruled a homicide.
