The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, David Martin Nooks III.
Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Mr. Nooks, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. He was last seen traveling North on Lexington Ave. from the 1500 block.
Mr. Nooks is a 32 year-old black male, five feet nine inches tall, and weighs approximately 230 pounds. He has short, black hair and brown eyes. Mr. Nooks was last seen wearing dark pajama pants with red designs, a gray and orange jacket, black shoes, and a gray baseball cap. He could possibly be driving a green Honda with paint chips on the hood.
