FLASH:

The N. C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Jarrett Justin Johnson. He is described as a 30 year-old white male, five feet seven inches tall, and is around 115 pounds. His hair is brown as are his eyes.

Johnson was last seen wearing a Columbia, gray wool coat, blue jeans, and black dress shoes. He is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment and was last seen at 368 Arocat Road in Pilot Mountain. Authorities indicated that Johnson could be headed to Mount Airy.

Anyone with information about Jarrett Justin Johnson should call Officer Alex Starbuck at the Surry County Sheriff’s Office at 336/374-3000.

 

UPDATE:

 

According to the Surry County Sheriff’s Office, Mr. Johnson has been returned safely to his home.
