The Winston-Salem Police Department is currently investigating the whereabouts of a reported missing person, 76 year-old Ms. Betty Prevette Shouse.
Ms. Shouse was last heard from at approximately 7:30pm on Thursday. She is reported to be driving a 2013 Black Volkswagen Passat, bearing NC licence plate RWF-1123. Ms. Shouse suffers from a cognitive condition, and has been entered as a SILVER ALERT subject by the NC Center for Missing Persons.
Ms. Shouse is 5’06 tall, 145-150 lbs.. she has brown hair and green eyes. Ms. Shouse may be wearing black pants.
Anyone with information about the location of Betty Prevette Shouse is asked to contact Officer C.E. McCoy at 336/773-7776 or CrimeStoppers at 336/727-2800, or their local authorities outside of Winston-Salem.
UPDATE:
The WSPD have cancelled this Silver Alert. Ms. Shouse has been located.
