On Friday at approximately 3:58pm, patrol officers with the WSPD responded to the 4900 block of Kestermill Road in reference to a deceased person located on the north side of the rock quarry.
The deceased appears to be a white female 20-30 years of age. Preliminary investigation revealed no signs of trauma. An autopsy will be performed to make positive identification of the deceased and to determine cause of death.
According to authorities this is an on-going investigation and specific details of this incident have not been released at this time.

UPDATE:
On Saturday the deceased was positively identified by next of kin and the Baptist Hospital Medical Examiner’s Office. The young lady was 35 yer-old Jill Marie Zachary.
According to authorities there appeared to be no signs of foul play and contributing factors in Ms. Zachery’s death would be hypothermia and possible medical complications.
