On June 24th 2015, the WSPD executed a narcotics Search Warrant at the Innkeeper Hotel on Peters Creek Parkway, the room of 26 year-old Ryan Sprinkle and 26 year-old Kelsey Severa. During the course of the investigation heroin and various forms of drug paraphernalia were seized. Also located were numerous pieces of property determined to be associated with multiple auto breakings primarily in the Ardmore community. Currently, 13 auto breakings have been cleared as a result of the items located in Sprinkle’s and Severa’s hotel room. The investigation is still on-going; however, the following charges have been filed against both arrestees as of Wednesday July 8th.
Severa wascharged with:
- 6 counts of Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle
- 6 counts of Larceny
- 11 counts of Possession of Stolen Property
- 9 counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretense
- 8 counts of Uttering a Forged Check
- 1 count of Forgery
- 1 count of Possession of Heroin
- 1 count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- 1 count of Resisting Arrest
Sprinkle was charged with:
- 6 counts of Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle
- 6 counts of Larceny
- 11 counts of Possession of Stolen Property
- 7 counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretense
- 1 count of Possession of Heroin
- 1 count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- 1 count of Resisting Arrest
- 1 count of Harboring a Fugitive / Wanted Person
Kelsey Severa’s bond was set at $165,000 and Sprinkle’s was set for $155,000.
