The block of North Cleveland Avenue between 20th and 21st streets will be closed to through traffic starting Monday, Nov. 23, to install a water line. Work is expected to be completed and the street reopened by Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 25. A detour will be posted. For more information call CityLink 311.
